Healthy BBQ Dishes Fit For The Summer Solstice!

The summer solstice arrives this Friday. It marks the day in which the Earth’s north pole tilts furthest towards the sun. We know it as the longest day of the year, as it has the most hours of sunlight.

So what better way to celebrate the summer solstice, than taking advantage of the longest day, getting out in the garden and have a healthy BBQ.
